With decades of experience as a Colorado real estate investor, former licensed Mortgage Loan Originator, and seasoned sales professional, Vivian DePaola brings both passion and expertise to every client relationship. Born abroad and coming to the U.S. at the age of four, Vivian grew up in Boulder before attending the University of Colorado and later continuing her studies in Finance and Accounting at the University of Denver. She eventually made South Denver her home. 

Her sales career began early, working alongside her mother and sisters in their family's high-end fashion boutique, Nora's, which is now located on South Pearl Street in Denver's Platt Park neighborhood. 

In 1992, Vivian and her husband, Jeff-a successful property manager in Summit County-began investing in Colorado real estate. That experience continues to give her a unique edge, as she regularly collaborates with contractors, designers, inspectors, lenders, and other professionals who support the buying and selling process. 

Vivian's deep knowledge of the Colorado market, combined with her hands-on experience in both real estate investing and lending, allows her to provide clients with well-rounded guidance and trusted connections to the best in the business. Beyond her expertise, clients value Vivian for the genuine connections she builds with them-relationships that often last well beyond the transaction.
